Ami természetes és ami mesterséges – a társadalomfejlődés, a népi és az alkotott jog párhuzama tükrében
Abstract
What is Natural and What is Artificial – In the Light of Social Evolution and the Parallel of Folk Law and Created Law Folk law has an objectified existence; it does not have a formal, codified formality. Nor does it have a definitive character. It is not separate from people's life and therefore has no existence capable of opposing it. Yet it is itself law, which demands fulfilment within its own sphere. It is not formalised and therefore has no system, doctrine or dogmatics. It has no principles or techniques either.
