Szabályalkotó tevékenység a Jászkun kerület községeiben (1702–1745) és a székely falvakban
Abstract
Legislative Activity in the Municipalities of the Jászkun District (1702–1745) and in the Szekler Villages The study reviews the emergence of community legal customs, known as the Jászkun redemption, established before 1745 within the administrative and juridical unit of the Jászkun district, based on archival documents. The author compares the methods of creating local laws in the Jászkun district with the statute-making processes in the Szekler villages. She identifies the common origins of local legislation in both areas and delves into the examination of the societal impact of local laws and statutes.
