| Absztrakt az értekezés nyelvén | The first part of my thesis is a systematic review which showed that pediatric nurses are underrepresented in the burnout and quality of life studies as compared to general nurses. The second part is a cross-sectional study composed of 4 sub-studies which: (1) assessed the levels and relationships between burnout, quality of life, and patient adverse events among pediatric nurses in Jordan, (2) tested an integrated model to explain the relationships between the studied variables, (3) explored the relationship between pediatric nurses’ quality of life and their intent to leave, and the moderating role of hospital type in this relationship, and (4) examined the relationship between pediatric nurses’ burnout and their perceived health, and the moderating effect of work shift on this relationship. |
